Visit its Old Town, one of the largest and most beautiful cities in Italy, with its monuments (Nettuno Fountain), its palaces, churches, (San Petronio Church, the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca), the towers (Grisenda and Asinelli), and its porticos. In this city there is a very important convention and exhibition centre whose most famous event is the international “Motor Show”, not to be missed by car lovers. Bologna is famous for the invention of Bolognese Sauce, fresh pasta, tortellini and a wide choice of cold meats. Just outside the city you’ll find the Ducati factory, where the best motorcycles are produced, and the Maranello centre, where the Ferrari cars are made and tested (you can actually try one out on the driving range).

Visitate il suo centro storico, uno dei più estesi e belli da visitare, con i monumenti (la Fontana di Nettuno), i palazzi, le chiese (la Chiesa di San Petronio, il Santuario della Madonna di San Luca), le torri (Grisenda e Degli Asinelli), i portici. La città è anche sede di un centro congressuale e fieristico molto attivo (da ricordare il Motor Show, Salone internazionale dell’Automobile). Famosa per avere inventato il Ragù alla Bolognese, la pasta fresca, i tortellini e per l’ampia scelta di salumi. A 25 km dalla città si trova il Castel Guelfo Outlet Village, per  grandi firme a piccoli prezzi. Appena fuori dalla città troverete la fabbrica della Ducati, che produce le famosissime moto, e Maranello, centro in cui le Ferrari sono costruite e testate (attualmente potete provarne una nel circuito).
